Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Go to Best Buy's subscription page here: https://www.bestbuy.com/services/planlist 2. Click on "Cancel subscription" 3. Choose the reason for cancelling. 4. Choose to either let it expire, or to end it right now and chat with support (if it renewed and you didn't want it to). Hope this helps :)
