Never had to do that but 3M does sell small double sided adhesive strips that work great should you have trouble reattaching the tile.

It uses a non-toxic adhesive, and is meant for a one-time application. Once applied, the adhesive bond will completely cure after 24 hours for maximum staying power! While the adhesive should hold up against standard wear and tear, please be advised that removing and reapplying Sticker will decrease the efficacy of the adhesive. If you ever want to move your Sticker, we advise that you apply a new adhesive strip before attaching it to a new item. Additional adhesives can be purchased online or at your local retailer.
