Battery Y is dead and it needs to be charged.

Please kindly check does the battery would charge normally with the original adapter, because if you are using the non-original adapter, it will cause a fake charge or damage the battery to cause this issue, and the battery charging with the original adapter normally will take 3-4hrs to fully charge, and the light on the battery will blinking successively. 2. If the battery can be charging normally with the original adapter and it is fully charged, then your battery is fine, the issue might come from the main body or the other attachment, to ensure we could find out the issue part, please kindly remove the dustbin (the plastic tank to holding the dust), and power on the machine try to enter max mode without that, if the still cannot enter the max mode, then the issue comes from the main body. 3. But if your machine can enter the max mode after you remove the dustbin, then the issue must come from the other attachments, could you please kindly put the attachment one by one back to the machine, to check which part cause this issue? You could put the dustbin back on first(without filter holder and filter inside), then the filter holder, filter, HEPA filter, one by one step, because sometimes these attachments will cause this issue.
