• Yes should work with any cable provider that has Cable Cards. I have FiOS and they issued a Cable Card which I have in my TiVO DVR and it works great, better than the crap they rent you for big $$ from Verizon.

• Yes. You will need a cable card from Verizon for it to work. Be aware though that all of Verizon's extra features like video on demand will not work with Tivo.

• I have Verizon fios and it does work. However, u do need to get a cable card that inserts into the TiVo. U also will need to subscribe to TiVo

• YES, as long as Verizon provides you with a Multi-Stream CABLECARD Verizon will also remove their issued cable box saving you rental fees
