• No but you can have steaming services and tv recordings part of your one pass.

• I don't believe that you can use your device to record (live) streaming video, but there is a Apps feature which allows you to add & access your preferred streaming service providers' content. Also, when you search for a particular title, the device will indicate both live showings & streaming apps in which you can view the desired title. Hope this helps...
