• Hello TomTom user, The TomTom Runner is connected to the computer via a data cable and the MySports desktop app that will allow you detailed analyses of your runs, after you synchronized it with your computer. The by you mentioned information will be synchronized to the computer as well.

• Yes, the watch can sync wirelessly to Mac. Following instructions to load app onto your computer. Very easy to do.
