Yes Ana have tried all the suggestions. Still nothing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have tried ever and still cannot get this to connect to internet. Not sure if it’s the 2.4 internet that is required or not, but Toni is sending me a replacement box, and I am hopeful that will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Start over and take it off the power stand. Then plug it back in and go to mytonies.com/setup. You have to keep it plugged in now, and make sure youre connected to your 2.4 ghz internet because this does not work with 5ghz. Once on the site create an accoint or login if you already made one. Then follow steps on the page. If youve already done this and your toniebox has been recognized but then you get hedgehog: Leqve toniebox plugged in and hold it upside down so ears point to the floor. Then hold bother ears at once until you heqr a sound then let go. Then turn it rightside up again and unplug. Then you can plug it back in and it is reset. Pinch both ears for 10 seconds until the tone a d let go. When you hear the 2nd tone, go to the wifi setting on whatever device youre using to set it up and choose toniebox to connect to. It doesnt really have internet but it connects the toniebox to your system. Hit ignore or proceed anyway. Go to 192.168.1.1 on that device and thats the setup page for your toniebox. The rest is on the site.
