QuestionWeb cam audio not good on toshiba chromebook 2When I try to have a video chat on web cam the person on the other computer says the audio is awful. What could be causing this problem?

- Answer I don't have that problem. 1) I don't know what you're using to make the video call 2) I don't know if you've tried to talk to other people and they responded with the same thing. Try having a video call with someone else Try using Google Hangouts or Skype If you can't fix it then exchange it.

- Answer Yes; I'm using with Netgear Nighthwlk x6; and I can pair with 2.4g & 5G networks a swell as AC, and it can see my other legacy networks.

QuestionHow and when can I buy it from Bestbuy online?I was trying to purchase this chromebook online since bestbuy says it's only available for "store pick-up." Problem is, when I get to the check out page, it will ask me to choose a store where I want to pick it up (so it will be shipped there) and it will show all 4 pages of stores saying "unavailable." Does it mean Bestbuy is out of stock? I'd appreciate any insight... thanks.

- Answer There is an error in the Best Buy transaction processing software. I had the same problem when I tried to order this computer and I'm sure Best Buy is losing lots of sales due to this. Best Buy sent me an email asking me to complete my order when I could not complete the transaction online. I replied using a link in the email and was able to order this computer. Be persistent. Sorry, but I don't recall exactly how I managed to order it online, but after about 5-10 minutes of messing around I was able to get it done. It was worth it because the Best Buy price is very competitive.

- Answer Standard 15 day return unless; Elite members get 30 days Elite Plus members get 45 days There can be restocking fees. Usually they do not charge it; they do not charge fees if you are an elite member.

- Answer I had the same concern. The BestBuy people I talked to said that they would not be putting this particular unit on display. I bought it sight unseen based on the high quality reviews and am very happy I did.

- Answer No. Google Chrome is basically your only option on a Chromebook since it's basically just running a glorified Chrome browser. There are workarounds likely to get Firefox installed, but it's not as easy as going to the site and downloading it.

Question4GB DDR3L or 4GB DDR3L???The Product features for this model states: " 4GB DDR3L memory- For multitasking power." But.... on Toshiba's site, the Toshiba CB35-B3340 states the specs are "4GB DDR3 1600MHz." and the Toshiba CB30-B3123 states the specs are "4GB DDR3L 1600MHz"..... Best Buy states that this is Model: CB35-B3340 (SKU: 8790147) and is listing the Ram as the 4GB DDR3L ..... Can someone clarify this for me as this is THE major difference between Toshiba's two models. Is it the model or the RAM that is incorrect on *THIS* listing???????????
