Nope Bad idea. You might wanna consider some of the older OLEDs. Never LCD's.

Any electronic gadget such as laptops, tablets, cellphones, and TVs (among others), should not be exposed to extreme conditions. Ambient temperatures below 32 degrees are considered extreme since moisture will freeze and damage the internal electronics of your TV. if you leave it in the cold and then bring it into a warm state by turning it on, the condensation will build up inside, causing long-term damage. For example, the LED/LCD screen will likely start having issues, and possibly die completely.
