- Answer You need M6 screws, the longer ones not the shorter. May need spacers, I did.

QuestionMy tv will not power on. I’ve checked all the connectors and the fuse next to the power cord connector, they all show voltage but still the tv does not turn on at all. Not sure what to check next

- Answer Yes I got this tv for my son and he’s x box and PlayStation 4 has both hooked up to it and just has to change input button on remote to go from one unit to the other he has no problems no lag great picture and sound .. he’s very very happy with it ..also watches Netflix on it again no problems great picture and sound

QuestionThe description says "front facing speakers" but they are not visible in the display. Can someone explain?

- Answer Speakers seem to be located underneath the bottom of the tv. I don't know how they are "front facing". I guess since they are not in the rear and "rear facing" then they must be "front facing".

QuestionOn the back of the TV it has a Best Buy sticker in place of the manufacturers sticker. I tried to register on the Toshiba web site, however it does not recognize the serial number. Does some one know why, and has anyone else had this problem?

- Answer This TV was made especially for Best Buy. Obviously Best Buy contracted for tens of thousands of these to be manufactured by the maker of Toshiba but since it is such an outstanding value at such a good price Best Buy and not Toshiba takes care of warranty claims. Trust me for the price this TV is an outstanding value. I am not saying it can compete with an LG OLED but it doesn't cost 2000 dollars like the LG either.
