Will this TV fit on a 36 Inch wide stand? null

The TV itself is about 38 inches wide (you can see exact size in specs) so if it is an enclosed cabinet I'd say no BUT if it is just a stand, it should work as the feet are < 30 inches at their widest point. HTH

It will, but it won't. Yeah, you can get it on a 36" stand, but the legs on the bottom of the TV stick over the sides and are very sketchy as far as stability goes. I decided to get a larger entertainment center for mine. I have mine on an entertainment center that will hold up to a 55" and it both works and looks great. It didn't cost much from Wal-Mart and only took about an hour to build. Just an option. I would hate to get this great TV, then break it because I decided to skimp on the stand.
