A:Answer Using the remote's microphone button, you can move volume up and down. I held down the button while saying, "volume up". I also can go to a TV channel by holding the microphone button and saying, " go to ABC", or "go to PBS Create", etc. Haven't used it much because I usually use the program guide button or click to see what's on. So far, I can't get the TV to turn on. In the two weeks I've had it, turning it off requires the remote's microphone button being pressed and saying, " turn Fire TV off." Saying, "turn TV off" doesn't do it. The echo dot doesn't recognize the FIRE TV, although it should, which should then turn on and off the TV with a voice command only. I don't have time to fiddle with it, for awhile. Maybe undoing and re-installing the TV with Alexa - don't want to fool with it now.
