Yes, you can watch a SMART TV without Internet or cable as long as you have a digital antenna if you want to watch local channels, or a DVD/Blu-Ray player if you prefer watching movies.

This TV is competitively priced with many features, and it is a nice investment if you have the spare funds. However, I suggest you do some reflecting and ask yourself this question. Why waist money on a Smart TV if you have no Internet service?
