Will this hook up to a computer tower null

Yes if your CPU tower has a HDMI port. If not, there is no VGA port on this TV which is the most common video port on tower pc.

Provided you have the right hdmi cable to computer tower it will definitely work. We didn't have cable yet when we got the TV but were able to watch Hulu thru our laptop on a USB to HDMI cable.
