“The screws to the legs of this tv will not screw into the tv. They seem either too big or not threaded properly. Does anyone know how to remedy or a support number?”

We had 2 bags of screws with our TV’s. We bought 2 of these. One bag had screws that were too big—possibly for attaching to a wall mount. The other bag is the bag with the screws for the legs. Are you able to locate a second bag of screws?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah I have the 55 inch , Toshiba 55LF621U19 model. The larger silver screws 35mm do not fit the legs. There’s another set of screw,s, smaller 10mm and black. Those fit .You probably overlooked them. I did initially.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have just bought a 32” JVC the screws for the legs just don’t fit properly, it only comes with one square for each leg because it is as a smaller tv. Looking back at the previous messages I can’t believe that this hasn’t been sorted out.
