How do I connect to wireless?? null

Apparently, you have to use a phone or tablet with the Google Cast app. So, your device is the remote. Doesn't seem like a smart TV to me.

I have this TV, with Chromecast 1. I turned my tv on and followed the instruction which starts like this 2 download Google Home on your phone or tablet which is connected to your home WIFI 3.The app and TV communicate through the WIFI connection to connect your TV to your wifi it appears to transfer the SSID wifi password from your device with home to your tv. It was very painless, and almost effortless!! 4. there may be another option to connect but I allowed app to do its magic.

You can also use your pc to wirelessly project the entire screen if you for example, go to YouTube, open a video, cast to your tv, and it will give you the option to share your entire screen. So HDMI isn't completely necessary although it may be faster than a wireless connection.

You need to download the google cast app, it should tell you on the tv -- and follow the steps once you download the app.
