You can download an app to screen mirror . Or you can go to the settings on your tv / display and sounds/ apple air play Make sure the apple air play is on then back out still in display and sounds/ scroll down to enable display mirroring make sure that is enabled as well . Somewhere in between all of that make sure your Bluetooth is turned on.
