Yes. You can download any app that works on Fire Stick. You should be able to find the app in the Apps section on the TV. Worst case scenario you can visit: https://www.amazon.com/fuboTV-Live/dp/B019DCHDZK and download it free from there. On the Deliver to: section, select your Toshiba TV and it will automatically go to the TV. Of course, make sure you setup the TV first and login to your Amazon Account (It's free to make an account) on the TV
