• I believe they are 5mm screws. Any hardware store or Menards or Lowes in the small cabinets in the fastener isle.

• I bought them from my local Home Depot. They should have a 'special' set of draws in the hardware isle that contain the 'metric' bolts.... M == metric. The number 6 tells you the thread size and then they should have several different lengths. They were in sets of pairs in clearly labelled bags so it was not difficult to find the right ones once I found where they kept them.
