- Answer It depends on the construction of your house Concrete and metal will make it more difficult. I will say that this is the best unit for extending WiFi that I have ever purchased. And I have purchased many.

- Answer That distance is quite significant, especially with brick obstruction in between. Please note this WiFi extender is intended to expand WiFi coverage within a home. For WiFi extenders to operate optimally, they should be installed in an area where your router's WiFi signal is sufficiently strong, yet far enough from the router to extend its range. If you are attempting to achieve long distance, point-to-point connectivity, we suggest considering our outdoor CPE solutions instead.

- Answer The roaming behavior of each WiFi client (i.e. phone, laptop, etc.) is the responsibility of each WiFi client. WiFi roaming is purely a client (smartphone, TV, computer, tablet, etc.) decision. The wireless client is responsible for deciding it needs to roam, and then detecting, evaluating, and roaming to an alternative WiFi source nearby. The efficiency of each WiFi device's roaming will vary depending on the capabilities of each WiFi device. For the most seamless WiFi experience, we suggest considering one of our Deco Mesh WiFi options.

- Answer Theoretically you should be able to - as long as the extender is installed in a location that receives an adequately stable/strong signal from the existing Wi-Fi network, and you have access/credentials to the host network (e.g., Wi-Fi name and password).

- Answer A WiFi extender will extend your WiFi. Your Internet speed is determined by your Internet plan. That being said, if your streaming device is performing poorly due to a weak WiFi signal, an extender may help. However, if it has a strong signal and is simply not receiving enough speed, we would suggest reaching out to your ISP for further support.

- Answer you should be OK. The unit just needs a wifi connection. It will set itself using the button on back of the router and the new extender. HTH. Directions acome with the extender.

- Answer It didn’t do much for me. My WiFi still froze and sometimes wouldn’t connect. Then it was too late to return it. Finally upgraded my WiFi.

- Answer Looking through the installation guide there's no mention it couldn't be used outside. I would just make sure its away from moisture as much as possible. Also it is pretty bulky and may not fit those outside outlets with the covers on them so keep that in mind.

- Answer WiFi extension is dependent upon your existing WiFi coverage, as well as your physical environment. As long as the extender is installed in an area where it can pick up a clear signal from your router, but is also close enough to your shop, it may be able to reach. However, please note that building materials and physical obstructions will play a role in total signal distance.
