• Hi JT! If you are asking whether you can use your existing VPN software on your conneced devices, then yes, the router supports VPN passthrough. If you are asking about VPN Server/Client capabilities, the router supports OpenVPN, PPTP VPN, and L2TP VPN functionality in both Server and Client capacity.

• The router has its own VPN option. And you're free to use whatever VPN service if you so choose. There is no conflict. I personally surfshark.
