“I have xfinity. What a great modem to match to this router? After digging deeper i almost feel i should return this for a modem/router dual but I really liked this one. I stream often n want to switch to Verizon soon. If it works out. MODEM?”

I bought mine off of Amazon, i just made sure that it was compatible with the XFinity network, You dont really need anything crazy unless if you are at true gig speeds. I personally use Arris brand cable modem. I thought that i had a slow network and that i needed to update the modem but all i needed was this, If you Do Not want an extra plug and network cable then go with a Modem router combo, If you want more push and options and such go this way,
