The Archer BE800 is equipped with the following Ethernet Port configuration: • 1× 10 Gbps WAN/LAN • 1× 10 Gbps SFP+/RJ45 Combo WAN/LAN • 4× 2.5 Gbps LAN The Combo port means that you can use one or the other (SFP or RJ45) at a time. They are effectively one WAN/LAN port, but with two physical interface options for using the same, "single" port.

If you use 10Gb copper port, then you won't be able to use the SFP port at the same time. The same is so for the reverse. You don't need to do link aggregation in order to use one of the combo ports at 10Gbs.
