Can i dim lights using this? null

Not with the mini plug. It’s just on or off.

No. It's simply turns on and off whatever is connected to it. TP-Link (Kasa) makes bulbs for your purpose. https://www.kasasmart.com/us/products/smart-lighting

No u would need a wifi bulb that does.get sengled or ge bulbs. Not a fan of ge but cheap. Get Nov or Dec for cheaper prices. Half off etc. 1 sengled hub can control 50 bulbs add bulbs to same hub switch light on off ten times until blinks then they are ready to pair. My house is wired up almost all of them.

No. This can only turn your light on or off. It has no capabilty to provide dimming.
