Is there Kasa app for the PC? null

No. I've checked their website because I would find such an app handy as well but they only have apps for Android and iOS. :-(

TP-Link Kasa Smartplug Utility brings the convenience of smart plugs to your Windows 10 device. It supports TP-Link HS100, HS103, HS105, HS107, HS110, HS200, HS220 and KP200 plugs. It allows you to discover smart plugs on your network, get their status, turn your plugs on/off, and disable the on-board LED (Night Mode). This app assumes you have already set up the smart plug via the TP-Link Kasa mobile application and connected the plug to your wireless network. This app must be on the same network as your smart plugs and will not work from outside that device network.

Yes there is an app. I highly reccomend pairing it with a different app/hub for smart actions. But it's still a great gadget.

Idk but if ur computer doesn't have voice recognition technologies how would u even use it. Just control it from the app. I'd say Microsoft does have it tho

I looked and was not able to find one. I suspect that TpLink assumed that a even more portable device (like a smart phone) would be better suited as a control device.
