I am going to make a few assumptions because I don't actually have Google fiber. 1. The fiber jack basically acts as a cable modem where it allows it to send signal to your router. 2. Your wifi point is already a router or part of an existing mesh system. 3. Google has recently allowed users to use your own router by changing the user settings in your google fiber account. You would need to do #3 from above and then use the ethernet cable from your fiber jack and plug into the main ethernet port on your new router. Set it up as you normally would using your routers guide. Although, if you already have Google fiber, especially with a mesh setup, why get another router? Unless you intend to use the benefits of wifi6. Good luck!
