• You can buy at many stores locally or thru Tracfone. a card for as many minutes or time period you prefer up to a year, then just load the code # from the card on the phone.

There's no credit check, deposit or long-term contract required, like you'd have with a standard account (which gives you a bill for your usage at the end of each month).
