- Answer Hi. This is Frank from TracFone Wireless. The phone must be active in order to use the 1200 minutes. You will need to purchase a new plan every year if the 1200 minutes is not yet consumed after a year since you cannot use it once the phone is deactivated. Thank you.

- Answer I bought this phone because it is VoLTE compatible, and was told it will work after February 2022. Tracfone does not offer flip phones at their website, this is true. But you can get them online and they will supposedly work. I just got one, and I'm learning how to use it. The Tracfone support staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I have a "Hotline" number you can call for more info. 1-800-867-7183. Hope this helps.
