- Answer Yes you can, it was real easy to do. I did it myself and I’m not as good as the young kids are. Lol. I had well over 6,000 minutes. I like the Lg phones. If you do have a problem live chat is very convenient. All the best to you.

However, TracFone customers who will do an upgrade will have the Triple Minute benefit as a promotion for upgrading to a new handset. The phone will have the carryover/rollover of minutes.
