How do we unlock this phone? null

Check the Tracfone website for their "unlock policy". It tells you how long you have to have Tracfone service before they will unlock it. You can also pay Tracfone to unlock it before then but it will be pretty expensive. You can also try some of the unlocking services on eBay which are inexpensive but may or may not work well enough.

Don't waste your time. The phone is terrible.
