Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On the smart phones (yes i do miss the old screens) you have to log into your Tracfone account and check there. Does take a little while. Have never tried on my phone. Always use my work computer to check. Not for someone who only keeps a minimum and needs to check often. .i do like the phone, had a 4.3 inch screen on my last. the 5 in screen is much nicer.
