“How do I find my 15 digit PIN? I keep getting wrong answers! I bought a phone last year and added 400 minutes. Now I wish to add minutes but cant bcause I do not have a 15 digit PIN. Even the 800 number didnt help. THey (Jennifer) gave me a 4 digit number, told me to wait an hour and it would work. Failed again! I dont have the original receipt! I dont have the magnet they refer to having the PIN. PLEASE help.”

• On the back of the airtime card there is a strip that you scratch off. Under that scratch off is your 15 digit pin. Go to add airtime under the prepay menu , that is where you enter the pin. Follow prompts on phone . Should have minutes added usually less than 5 minutes. Hope this helps.

• The 15 digit PIN is on the back of the loadable card that you purchase at a store to reload your minutes. It is under the scratch off strip.

• We have two of these phones and there is no 15 digit pin. You just buy a card and take the number from the back and enter it into the phone. Or you can just buy minutes right off the phone.
