Can this phone be used with consumers cellular null

Tracfone phones are locked and can't be used on any other network.

I would never use Consumer Cellular. Very bad customer service and they double billed us. The phone's camera stop working the 2nd day we had it and company would not send replacement phone even though at time of purchase I was told they would cover defects for 30 days by sending out postage paid return envelope for old phone while sending the new one at the same time. They did transfer service and let us keep our same number from original carrier; but it took over 2 weeks for them to do so. I would stick with the Trac phone. Hope this helps you
