You can download a copy of the program from the Geek Squad's Trend Micro web page: go.trendmicro.com/geeksquad. Once downloaded, you can run the program and use the serial number you received to protect your computer.

(I did not purchase the Geek Squad service but explained this was the security dvd I got with the computer so they helped me for free.) They actually had to do some remote programming to my new computer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On the back of the package they're should be a little box that says where to go to get the downloadable content. You go to a website that downloads it and you just have to type in the serial code that is inside of the package. I had a similar issue and I followed all of the online steps but after trying multiple times the website said that the serial code wasn't activated or it was wrong, and it wasn't. So I had to go back to Best Buy and have them replace it and give me a new serial code. I had Geek Squad so they just installed it but they said with the new serial code it downloaded pretty easy.
