- Answer You should not have to put your credit card in. Once you put your code in, all should work fine. Did you follow the directions? They were pretty straight forward and it installed just fine for me.

- Answer The card includes instructions to go to the Trend website and download your program. There is a key number in the card that you have to scratch off the numbers and you will be asked for the key code to download the program. Once you download and set up an account you can go back with another device to get another copy up to three.
