Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the correct answer is: You can e-file both State and Federal using TurboTax Deluxe. However, Federal e-filing is free. State e-filing is not. I believe there is an additional charge of $19.95 or something like that to e-file the State return. That's for Maryland anyway. As confusing as things can get tax'wise, there might be different rules for different states.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to be careful which product you use. Some do not include the 1 free state download. I live in Michigan and it does allow you to efile taxes. But our lovely state charges 14.99. So I print and mail... they have enough of my money.
