Is there a live Chat to get tax help & software help? null

Yes. There are live chats, as well as, general answers to frequently asked questions. There are little info buttons next to most categories that generally explains the categories. You have the option of going through a list of questions to help prepare the return, or you are able to streamline it to only enter the areas that you need.

Not sure about LiveChat. I have asked a question before through the knowledge base, and it was never answered. LiveChat would be great.
