A:AnswerI’ve used these headphones with the game FortNite and I’ve had no problems with the wire being in the way. The wire is usually around my shoulder and it never bugs me at all.
A:AnswerProbably don’t need help now since this was a year ago, but if you carefully glue it with super glue, you could probably put it back on, just make sure you don’t get any glue on any connections/wires.
A:AnswerThis headset does not come with any sort of controller adapter cable. It is designed to be connected to a controller that is already equipped with a headset jack.
A:AnswerYes. Everything worked right out of the box. It works on Windows and the Switch. Put it on X Box for the Windows pc and on PS4 for the Switch. My daughter said she could hear me fine Facebook and Skype. So far it is working fine and really brings out the deep tones on Car racing games.
A:AnswerYou can adjust the volume of the mic and there is a separate thing where you can adjust how much you can hear you own voice you can turn it off or all the way up and hear how everyone hears you
A:AnswerOn my headphones when I charge them the charging light is red not blue. When it has completed charging (2 hours full charge) the red light goes out (no blue light at all. )
I make sure when I charge the amplifier switch is in the off position (no light) When I turn on the amplifier the light turns green. (Again no blue light ever)
A:AnswerIt has to be your in-game settings. Try turning off “ Push-To-Talk “ and open mic and for sure that’ll work. The headset is already Push-To-Talk hence you can move the mic piece back ( turn it off, while still hearing your teammates ) and forth ( turn your mic back on to talk to them ).
