• The Recon Controller can be used alongside your wireless headset like any other Xbox controller. However, the Recon Controllers audio controls would only have an effect on a wired headset connected directly to the controller's headset jack.

• You can use a wireless headset forsure, but to utilize the audio functions from the controller, you need to plug the headset into the controller via an aux cable. If you already have Turtle Beach Headphones, I believe you already have these functions in your headset.

• No you can not as the there are only two ports, a usb-c port for connection and a 3.5mm port for audio cable hook up.
