I would say return it for the right one that you need .

Please try again later.I was able to connect it to my xbox alright, just make sure its switched to the ps5 mode and if you can't hear anything right away keep the headset on and remove the connector usb and reinsert it. If that doesnt work I would turn the headset on and back off again. The key is to hear the headset voice say "connected" if it doesnt say that, even if its turned on you may not hear any sound
