QuestionHow good is the boom mic at picking up my voice AND blocking noise around me for the people I'm talking to? I need a headset that doesn't just kill the noise I hear, but kills noise other people hear from my 6 kids running around.

- Answer I've found it does a very good job at picking up just my voice, once I configured it using the Turtle Beach audio app. Of course, it doesn't block the sound of a blender down a short hall to the kitchen or a lawnmower running outside. During those times, I really appreciate the "flip up to mute" function.

- Answer Yes but you and your friends might hear a low buzzing sound. It's not too bad. I have 3 other friends with these headphones and we can tell when one of us is charging their set.

QuestionOur playstation 4 is connected to the tv and a receiver/speakers for sound. When using this headset for games, will sound come through the headset and tv speakers or just the headset?

- Answer I have both options set up. So, if you turn down the volume of the TV, you can still hear the game playing through the headset and vice versa. Plus, you can hook it up to you phone through Bluetooth and have music playing in the background with the game sound as well.
