A:Answer I CAN'T SPEAK FOR BESY BUY BUT I CAN RELATE MY EXPERIENCE. THE GEEK SQUAD WAS THERE TO INSTALL MY SMART TV, THE DAY AFTER PURCHASE.
THE "GEEK SQUAD" MEMBER WAS COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND MOST EFFICIENT. HE NOT ONLY INSTALLED THE TV, BUT REMOVED PACKING MATERIALS AND TOOK THE OLD SET FOR PART RECYCLING (AS IT WAS ONLY FOUR YEARS OLD AND NOT PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY)
I HAVE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE EVRY TIME I HAVE USED THE "GEEK SQUAD".
