I'm sure they will, as long as they are putting an actual "outdoor tv" in. truth be told though, inexpensive as tv's are now, I bought a 41" roku tv and put it on our back porch and just keep it covered with a blanket basically during the cold weather. them outdoor TV's are expensive! time will tell if the indoor tv used outdoors will stand the test of time though, so far so good...
