Q: QuestionI bought a TV but NOT a mount. I figured they would 1) See if our current mount works or 2) Sell us a new mount on the spot before they install. Can they sell us one on-site even though I didn't order one via the website?

Q: QuestionI am buying a 40" tv and need delivery, install (NO WALL MOUNT), connecting to Comcast/remote, and removal of old 27" CRT tv. The distance one way is 25 miles. Will BB travel this far? Covered under the $149? Please confirm the removal of the old tv.

Q: QuestionI understand that you will not run the power through the wall, so I would like to install power beforehand. But, how can I know just where to put the power outlet so it matches up with the (flush mount) TV when it is installed later?

Q: QuestionI have Total Tech Support. If I have my own TV base/table mount (not wall mount), can I still hire Best Buy to come set up my TV? The other services I have are cable, PlayStation and AppleTV. I bought the TV from them last year and now need it on a table.

• A:Answer With a premium install they will make sure that all the components including a sound bar and any connections are set up correctly. They do not leave until your television is running perfectly with any remotes, sound bars DVD players etc complete turn key installation. From my understanding the basic installation is merely mounting your TV to the wall

• A:Answer Yes, but items other than tv's will be delivered separately. Would be nice to have related items such as mounts, cables, and surge protectors delivered with the tv's, but I was not able to do that online. It may be possible in store or by calling. Also would recommend ordering the items that will be shipped separately. I had a problem with one item not arriving and when I canceled it, they canceled the whole order including the tv's and the installation.

• A:Answer I purchased a new LG Soundbar and the Geek Squad mounted the TV and connected it to the new Soundbar for the $199 price. They had brought the new Soundbar with them and unpackaged it as well. My Soundbar sits o the mantal. Perhaps if it needed mouning in addition to the TV, there might have been an extra cost...not sure about this though.
