• This should work with your tv whether the back is flat or curved. If the back is curved, use the appropriate spacers provided. Hope this helps!

• Yes i put the same tv on it. You just have to mess around with the universal bolts and washers that come with the stand to attach the tv to find the right combo. Tbe stand is pretty easy to put together but i do recommend 2 people to put it together.
