- Answer A blinking light indicates an error condition. The most common condition is if there’s any type of metal between the phone and charger. If you have metal in your case for example or some kind of accessory on the back of your phone.

- Answer Hi Molly, while most common cases will charge with TYLT chargers there are some thick cases that might not work with it. In addition, please make sure that there is not a metal that will interfere between the phone and the wireless pad of the charger.
