Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it seems that when my phone has a high charge, around 90% and I try to charge it , mine also flashes and does not seem to be charging. but when I let the power in the phone run down to about 50% or so and then lay the phone on the charger it seems to work fine. at first I thought it was broken and was going to take it back, but as long as it has a lower charge on the phone it seems to work just fine. hope this helps !!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a new iPhone the XS. It charged fine after I took the pop socket off. Also I also have a case on my phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure it is the right model phone for this charger. Also you have to make sure the phone is placed on the disc pretty much centered in order for it to flash blue to show that it is charging.
