QuestionHow do I know if it's charging? I'm charging the Tzumi with a USB-C, but I don't see a light or anything, even when I hold the power button.

- Answer I found the same issue when I used the USB-C to charge the device, I switched it to the “Lightning In” port instead and it immediately illuminated and the number display would increase until it reached 100, at which point I knew it was fully charged. Try this method if you have the lightning cord.

QuestionIs there a difference in fast charge and lightning other than brand related? This specifically labeled as lightning which would imply it's only for apple to me. Wonder if it could fast charge my new galaxy 9s+?

- Answer Yes you can charge samsung galaxy phones, all model numbers. I have same and works great. The only thing is you need a lightning charger to charge the pocket juice charger.

QuestionHow do you charge It? What kind of cord does it need because there is no cord to charge it that comes with it?

- Answer My power supply came with 2 short cables. On one end of the power supply, there should be 4 ports. Two are USB outputs and the other two are input ports that can be used for charging. The USB output ports are the ones closer to the power button. The input ports are closer to the LCD which displays the remains charge level. The input port directly user the LCD is the new type C. The other is a lightning port, which is the one I use. I use the same cable to charge my IPhone to charge the power supply. If you want to charge the iPhone from the power supply, you use the USB output port. If you want charge the power supply, you use the lightning input port. Hope this helps!

QuestionThere are 2 lights that are still lit. Can I charge the Pocket Juice while it still has some charge left, or do I have to wait until it's completely depleted?

- Answer I don’t know specifically about the note 9 but, I have a iPhone XS Max and takes about a hour or less for a full charge. The great thing is it takes only 3-5% of the battery to accomplish this.

QuestionI just purchased this and realized it’s on clearance so I’m assuming it’s being discontinued at Best Buy and the manual for this charger is not available on Tzumi’s website either. Does anyone know why this item has been discontinued?

- Answer I don't know for sure, but they have a new version out, so I believe that that is what it is. Just in case, I bought the 2yr replacement plan with Best Buy for like 8 bucks, so if it croaks, which it hasn't, they will replace it. I have a cell phone for work and one personal one as well as two tablets, one mine and one work's and I was able to keep them charged while running from call to call

QuestionJust purchased this device. Had 25% charge upon opening. tested on 2 units, charged fine. however, this device does not seem to be taking a charge. was at 7% and after 3 hrs using 2 different fast chg cables has not increased. any thoughts

- Answer I would say to try to charge it inside a car. I have found that a car port charger is the fastest charging.. so to break down what I mean.. put in a car charger with a USB port.. then use one of the usb charging to cables— USB to lighting or usb to type C. That would be my first option.. my second option is this. I when I bought this product purchased an insigna type c corded charged so I would plug that directly into the wall and then the type c input (yes it is an additional purchase but if you get it at Best Buy with your Pocket juice and 1 other thing you get a bundle deal and everything is 25% off and it pays for itself) and then you have it by a computer and double charge it.. so yes have it plugged in type c but also have the usb lightning cord in the computer plugged in also!!! If both of these methods don’t work.. and remember try at least 15 hours on the 2nd method then the product is faulty and I would just return it
