- Answer Apple doesn’t like third party cords. The phone can’t detect the third party cord if powered off.

- Answer Yes you can use your phone while charging. My Samsung s7 battery is not working well so I bought this and I keep it plugged in and use it just fine. It takes a while to charge it but once charged it will last a long time.

QuestionWill it automatically stop charging if you leave it plugged in all the time??? or should you keep it unplugged after charged, sometimes you just forget to unplug it it’s in my safe for emergencies I leave it plugged in but I don’t want to ruin it.

- Answer I would unplug. Then just recharge it once a month. It is kinda like your computer. You shouldn’t leave it plugged in all the time.

QuestionI just received this and the instructions say it comes pre-charged. I pressed the on/off button but nothing happened. So I put in on the charger. Still no led display, and nothing happening when I try to turn it on. Anyone have any insight?

- Answer Mine came 3/4 charged. Make sure to charge using the mini-usb port on the side and not the two usb ports on top. Hope that helps.

QuestionAs far as the slow charge and only reaching 2 bars, for reason it seems to have problem with FAST charging the Pocket Juicer. I had keep switching charges to get it to fully charge .
