“What is the watt hours rating on this 8000 mAh charger. My airline only allows batteries upt to 160 watt hours. Will this battery be allowed? I can find no information on the battery concerning its watt hour rating.”

Power is current (I) times voltage(V). 8000mAh equals 8 Amps. m is for milli which is a thousandth of an amp. It is a 5 Volt battery. Therefore 8 amps times 5 volts is 40 watts. So you are good to go.
